Servant Leader Workshops

These gatherings are briefer events that deepen a congregational lay person’s commitment to be a servant leader. These weekend workshops focus on inspiring and equipping participants to make a difference within their spheres of influence.

Purpose

To equip professional and lay leaders in the church to further develop their leadership gifts in service to God and others.

Goals

Participants will:

Understand better the concept of servant leadership
Continue growing to be a more effective servant leader
Assess strengths in one’s leadership of groups
Challenge growth in a selected area of leadership that results in strengthened skills when leading groups
