Apply for 2018-2020 Classic KINDLE

Thank you for your interest in applying to be a part of 2018-2020 Classic KINDLE. Before you begin your application process, please read the details about the important application information here and keep a copy for your files. Then fill out and submit the online application form below.

1.  Remember that you will need to pay your $300 application fee via check (due by May 15, 2018) payable to “KINDLE” to: KINDLE, 8608 Poplar Bridge Curve, Bloomington, MN 55437.  You may also pay the application fee online at (see “Make A Registration Payment” on the right side of the page).

2.  Your one-page statement that addresses each of the following three items, each in 50 words or less, may be emailed to, sent by fax (952-657-5214), or sent by mail to the address above (by May 15, 2018).

a.  Describe a situation when you helped someone grow as a Christ-like servant leader.

b.  Outline your current efforts to create a consistent leadership development process in your ministry area(s) (if you have not created or attempted one simply state that as the case).

c.  What is the biggest struggle you face in developing other Christ-like servant leaders?

3.  Your two letters of recommendation (one from your pastor and one from a congregational leader in your ministry area) should be submitted online by May 15, 2018. If sending by mail or email, here is a copy to download.

4.  Please read through KINDLE’s Withdrawal Policy.  You and a congregation financial representative will be required to sign and return the Financial Commitment Form after you have received your acceptance to Classic KINDLE.
