KINDLE at the National Youth Gathering
One of the four KINDLE Strands is Leadership of Leaders. Three of the Practices within that strand – that is, three of the practices identified by KINDLE as important to be an effective leader of other leaders involve equipping other leaders, spurring other leaders on, and encouraging them in their leadership. As a way of recognizing leadership of leaders, we invited participants in the 2010 LCMS National Youth Gathering held in New Orleans, LA July 17-21, to let us take thier picture with leaders they have equpped, spurred, or encouraged, or leaders they have been equipped, spurred, or encouraged by.
We also had the chance to meet many people, had many great conversations, and enjoyed the celebration that is National Youth Gathering.
