Classic KINDLE Next Steps

Purpose

To come alongside KINDLE Associates, during a yearlong process designed to assist them in assessing and strengthening the servant leader process and culture in their ministry areas.  A congregation must have a KINDLE graduate on staff in order to participate in KINDLE Next Steps.

Overall Goals

  1. To improve congregational vitality through a simple, straightforward plan of engaging congregational leaders in deepening their understanding of and commitment to being a servant leader.
  2. To equip a congregational team so that it can develop and pursue a comprehensive leadership development process within the parish.
  3. To infuse a habit of servant leader replication within the congregation.

Focus of Servant Leader Development Plan

The primary focus of the KINDLE Next Steps Process and the servant leader development plan will be the ministry areas in which the KINDLE Associate currently serves (i.e., children’s ministry, youth ministry, small group ministry, etc.)  KINDLE Next Steps, at least initially, will be limited in scope rather than have a congregation-wide focus.
